Junique

Junique is the founder and sole owner of Massages@Junique, internationally certified (IECAB) Beauty Therapy massage therapist, trained in various therapeutic massage techniques, skilled in Sport massage and Sport strapping.

Her philosophy– put yourself first.   Her goal is for you.

Being passionate about massage therapy, the maintenance and recovery of one’s self, Junique style is a blend of therapeutic touch and sport massage.

Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication, she has a collaborative approach of reaching every client’s specific challenge and preferences, creating a treatment plan specific to their exact needs.

She addresses both physical and energetic issues, slowly engaging with the body to assess what it needs, working to alleviate any tension or pain. Her approach to bodywork is rather unique, integrating Swedish, Deep tissue, Sport massage and trigger point work, stretching and sport strapping, myofascial and connective tissue release; while firm pressure is her strength, providing a relaxing, yet effective massage is her ideal goal.

She also loves working with hot stones, appreciating their grounding, warm undertones in a treatment. Tranquillity is important, her full body massage is sensual and she also provides reflexology hand and foot treatments. She added her unique touch and skills to the traditional Indian head massage, relaxing the shoulders, neck and scalp.

Over the years, she helped many people find relief. Her work can benefit people of all ages, athletes of every kind, sport fanatics, clients suffering from chronic pain and migraine, those experiencing the stresses of a demanding life, and of seeking relief from physical strain and overall wellness of being.

In addition to massage she enjoys providing body treatments such as full body exfoliations and Caribbean spray tan.
